PinoyRun Data Privacy Notice
PinoyRun may collect information you provide when creating an account, registering for events, joining virtual runs, submitting payments, uploading activities, or using PinoyRun GPS.
This may include your name, email address, mobile number, birthdate, location information, emergency contact details, registration records, payment references, running activity data, GPS coordinates, distance, duration, pace, steps, and other information needed to provide PinoyRun services.
Your information may be used to manage your PinoyRun account, process race registrations, verify payments, generate bibs and certificates, record race and virtual-run progress, provide GPS activity tracking, communicate important event updates, and improve PinoyRun services.
When you register for an event, necessary registration information may be made available to the organizer of that event for race administration, payment verification, race kit preparation, bib assignment, participant communication, safety, and results processing.
If you use PinoyRun GPS or connect supported third-party fitness services, PinoyRun may process activity information such as GPS coordinates, distance, duration, pace, route data, steps, and activity timestamps.
GPS access is used only when you grant location permission through your device or browser.
PinoyRun may store payment references, payment method information, uploaded proof of payment, verification status, and related transaction records necessary for event registration processing.
PinoyRun does not request that you provide your online banking password, mobile wallet PIN, or other confidential authentication credentials.
PinoyRun does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the platform, administer events, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or provide services you requested.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide PinoyRun services, preserve legitimate event and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and may raise concerns regarding how your information is processed.
PinoyRun may integrate with third-party services such as Strava, payment platforms, mapping services, or other fitness applications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own privacy policies.
PinoyRun may update this Privacy Policy as services evolve. Material changes may be communicated through the platform when appropriate.

PinoyRun Platform Terms of Use
By creating an account, registering for an event, using PinoyRun GPS, participating in a virtual run, or otherwise using the PinoyRun platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or its services.
PinoyRun is a digital platform designed to help runners discover events, register for races, submit payments, access race information, participate in virtual runs, record running and walking activities, and use other running-related services made available through the platform.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining their PinoyRun account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed using your account.
Event schedules, distances, registration fees, inclusions, race kit details, claiming schedules, cut-off times, participant requirements, refund policies, and other event-specific information are determined by the respective event organizer unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for reviewing all event details before completing their registration.
Where manual payment verification is used, registration may remain pending until the event organizer or authorized administrator verifies the submitted payment.
Users must submit valid payment information and proof of payment. False, altered, fraudulent, or misleading payment submissions may result in rejection or cancellation of the registration and possible account restrictions.
Cancellation, transfer, deferment, and refund policies may vary between events and are generally determined by the respective event organizer.
Participants should review the specific event rules and policies before making payment.
Running, walking, racing, training, and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including possible injury, illness, accidents, or other health-related events.
Users are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in an activity or event. Participants should exercise appropriate judgment and seek professional medical advice when necessary.
Individual events may require participants to accept an additional waiver, release, consent, or event-specific terms before registration.
Acceptance of these PinoyRun Terms & Conditions does not replace any separate waiver required by an event organizer.
PinoyRun GPS uses device location information to estimate running or walking distance, route, pace, duration, and related activity information.
GPS measurements are estimates and may be affected by the user's device, GPS signal, buildings, weather conditions, location services, network conditions, battery settings, or other technical factors.
PinoyRun does not guarantee that GPS distance, pace, location, steps, or other activity measurements will always be completely accurate.
Virtual-run participants must submit legitimate activities completed by the registered participant during the applicable event period.
Activities may be recorded through PinoyRun GPS or other activity submission methods permitted by the event organizer.
Users must not intentionally manipulate GPS data, distance, duration, pace, steps, screenshots, GPX files, or other activity records for the purpose of obtaining false results, rankings, rewards, certificates, or event completion status.
PinoyRun or the applicable event organizer may review, reject, correct, or remove suspicious or invalid activity submissions when appropriate.
Events listed on PinoyRun may be organized and managed by independent event organizers.
Unless PinoyRun is specifically identified as the organizer, the respective organizer is responsible for the actual conduct of the event, race operations, venue arrangements, race kits, schedules, safety procedures, event changes, cancellations, and other organizer-controlled matters.
Organizers using PinoyRun are responsible for providing accurate event information and keeping event details, payment instructions, schedules, contact information, and participant instructions reasonably updated.
Event dates, venues, routes, schedules, race mechanics, inclusions, and other event details may be changed by an organizer due to safety concerns, weather, government regulations, force majeure, or other circumstances.
Any refund, transfer, rescheduling, or replacement arrangement resulting from an organizer-controlled event change will be subject to the applicable event policy.
Users must not misuse PinoyRun, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, manipulate event results, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
PinoyRun may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, violations of these terms, or misuse of the platform.
PinoyRun aims to provide reliable platform services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, system updates, or circumstances outside PinoyRun's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PinoyRun shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including inaccurate GPS signals, device failures, internet outages, organizer-controlled event changes, or a participant's voluntary participation in physical activities.
Personal information collected through PinoyRun is handled in accordance with the PinoyRun Privacy Policy and applicable data privacy requirements.
PinoyRun may revise these Terms & Conditions as the platform, features, services, or legal requirements evolve.
Continued use of PinoyRun after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
